The game is still going strong though mate, what makes you think otherwise?
I think all Battle Royale game have this potential to make anyone sick, that is when someone cannot spent more than 2 hours playing it a day, then it would felt like the game is falling.
It is still going strong for me. There are no shortage of full servers to play in.
