The audio has reached an entirely new level of garbage.

HA I knew I wasn't tripping! These fkin devs break * EVERY UPDATE. EVERY. UPDATE. AUDIO WAS NEVEE THIS BAD. HAVING A TEAM RUN UP ON YOU UNTIL ITS TOO LATE!! BUT UKNO WHAT ITS OKAY! LET THEM RELEASE MORE GAME BREAKING HOT FIX PATCHES CUS THESE STUPID COLLEGE KID DEVS DUNNO WTF THEY ARE DOING.

I noticed it after the patch but just thought it was a run of bad luck.

Jumped on today and my god, it was even worse.

Lost audio cues in literally EVERY MATCH.

To confirm I'm not just making excuses, had a bloodhound ult charge at me with literally no audio, luckily he came at me from the front as I couldn't hear a thing...any angle outside my FOV I would be dead.

Had an entire team rev ult push us without a sound by them, i can only assume this was due to the fact there was an enemy crypto drone floating 50m's in the air...naturally that's going to be louder than 3 players stampeding directly at you. *eye roll*

This bs further enforces my desire to not spend a single penny on this game.

• @MandatoryIDtag I use the shadows of incoming enemy's as an indication of imminent doom. Though I usually only realise what I've seen as my deathbox appears 😃
• Footsteps appear to be a thing of the past now, so it's great to have an enthusiastic Bloodhound on the team. 

@MandatoryIDtagI've noticed this as well. Bumped into a squad at Thermal Station last night. One was running inside one of the buildings, I did not hear him, just saw the one.. I proceed to engage tossed a thermite at the player then prepared to shoot, only to get lasered in the back by a Devo. His mates who shot me in the back, 0 foot step audio of them coming up the exterior of the building or opening the side door entrance to shoot me in the back... I wrote it off as the thermite making audio and masking the enemy foot steps outside. I'm going to avoid using thermite nades tonight and see if that improves things. I have had other instances in which there was 0 audio of enemies or by the time I heard it I was already being shot.

There have been other instances as well. The other thing I have noticed since the last update, lag is back and bad. Enemy movement is really choppy to the point that it's impossible to land shots/track targets. It's so bad that I would prefer the lower TTK if it solves the lag/audio problems.

@DarthValtrex  Yeah had a few choppy matches, a few frame rate drops whilst shooting and one instance of an entire lobby in slow motion for the first 5 minutes of the match lol.

Fun stuff.

@MandatoryIDtagis it something maybe related to server or  account region or something like that ? because i didn't have any issue since the update and am asking because if using a legend ability can crash a complete lobby so it will not be very strange that some regions will have issue that others don't and the sound is an example

@maximas1986 Possibly, either that or the game is hemorrhaging packets like no tomorrow at the moment. Which is not an issue at my end as I pay for high quality Internet, and my console is connected via an ethernet. 

Audio issues have always been an issue but its been pretty unbearable since the last patch bud.
