The Cheating has not slowed down at all.

Aimbot is now getting picked up fairly quick. The problem is the anti Cheat is unable to pick up on Chams and other softer hacks as you mentioned. I have a few friends who have hacked and their hacks would let them see who else was running hacks in the lobby. No exaggeration, between 5-15 people in every lobby were hacking, sometimes more. Entire 3 man squads would be hacking.  I have stayed away from Ranked just for this Reason as you mentioned. Its blantant soft hacking in higher tiers. I got into gold until i quit, i kept running into Bangalores who would pop smoke and just shoot people thru it with no digi. hell, half of the time theyd be using a gun a digi threat couldnt even be put on!

@PlugYourMudd your friend is lieing, hackers cant see who is hacking and who is not.

cheater can,since thy hv waller aswell,cheater will know when others ppl cheating by observe their movemnt

what kind of headphones do you use? Mine personally give me audible wall hacks

@jumanjaydazedyup exactly what they told me. If theyre hacking, that player will be colored differently compared to everyone else in the lobby. You can also adjust how far you want to see these people (across the entire map or only couple hundred feet). Im pretty sure the way it works is the hacks are comparing everyones uploaded data to the game. Hackers would have a higher data package id assume.

@WickXIi dont think hes lying since i know him IRL and have witnessed his hacks. But hackers seeing other hackers isnt really uncommon. You can actually buy hacks that messes up other peoples hacks suchs as Auto Aim Disturb too. I think around in March there was an AntiHack that came out of China that would create a folder of all the cheaters you would come across in game on your desktop and report them to easy anti cheat.
