A. Don't ever apologize for your skill relative to an entire population of cheaters and one-clip wonders. YOU are not the problem.
B. Mixtape and Arenas are randomly matched modes, meaning no skill-based matchmaking. If you want to get one-clipped eight thousand times in a row then that's the place to be.
C. The only way to experience abuse in unranked trios is if you have open comms. At the beginning of every match just MUTE your squadmates. No, that's not the ideal way to go through matches, but it's better than listening to some millennial throw a temper tantrum because he got himself killed and thinks that all the fault belongs to you.
D. I'm not saying Bot Royale is the answer to all your problems, but it IS the answer to some of them. It's zero pressure, zero live enemies, zero live teammates, zero abuse, good practice. One or two bot royale matches is a good place to start your session, as well as a good place to end it. Something to think about.
