The game progress in apex has disappeared

after a while I go into apex and see that my skins and characters have disappeared, what should I do?

Is it possible that you're logging in on the wrong account, or did you recently unlink your platform and link it to a different EA account?

Hey @79373682,

Is absolutely everything missing? Skins, characters, your level, etc.? Are you playing on the same platform that you played previously?

@EA_QueenBee there are only 24 hours left, and of the characters only Octane, and that's it

    @79373682 To my knowledge, if you re-link your Steam account to your EA account, all of your progress and cosmetics should still be intact, as normal.
    
    In Apex Legends, your account progress/unlocks are tied to your specific platform account, and do not transfer to other platforms. I play on Xbox, but if I were to load up Apex on PC, I would be on a "new" account, starting at level 1 on PC, but all of my progress would still be available when I log in via Xbox.
