@hayhor I have a team...

Well I have another guy I play with a lot, he is in the same rank as me but we don't have a solid 3rd player so we are always trying to get someone else in and not loads of our friends have the same vision and grind motivation that we do.

I'm trying to get one of my old buddies to come back to ranked with us because he is really helpful.

Other than that, its duo queuing to and hoping the 3rd teammates is really good.
