I have never really put my mind to it and actually tried to grind ranked, but... I have decided to this season and I have to say its so tough! I'm trying to think of what it could possibly be... ...

@rockyboy1998 Honestly you're an above average player. The few rounds we payed you were pulling off some really nice plays and some really nice 1vs3's.

Above average stats are going to get you into the harder SBMM lobbies.

@DarthValtrex Thanks Darth, I do appreciate that but I really struggle to see it especially when I look at some of the players that seem to be killing me.

I wasn't sure if SBMM really worked in ranked? I thought it was just the fact that if someone is in Plat you'll play against them regardless of what they have done in previous seasons or what their KDR is?

  @rockyboy1998 The best KD I have seen and verified was a 4.48. They had an average damage of around 880 a round. Now that is just insane. I'm sure some players have done better than that, but you have to consider that bad drops happen. That enemies will get better loot on drop and if you're equally skilled they are going to win the fight.. So That essentially means getting about 5-6 kills a round to make up for the rounds they get killed on drop..
  
  I have tried to get my KD into the 2's and it's extremely hard. 1. because I solo queue a ton. I will also play with just about anyone and some people are extremely difficult to carry. It's one thing to carry a team who's in the fight with you, with you doing the majority of the damage, it's an entirely different thing to constantly having to go 1vs3 against people because your teammate is busy looting..

    @DarthValtrex I saw a YouTuber who posted his stats the other day, he made predator last season and I think his average damage was around 1000 per game. Which is insane, I just don't get how that is possible.
    
    Personally, I think you are a good player. I have never decided to grind out my stats more my rank.
    It would be great to have you in our ranked team just because your the ideal teammate.
    
    I get your feeling about carrying people, it is a hard task and you constantly feel under pressure.
