The teamwork badge

Last night was one of the best games my squad and I have played. We were grinding to get the teamwork badge tier 4 (we all previously had unlocked the other tiers.) We were dominating, playing strategically so that everyone got at least 10 kills. We finished the game with 11, 12, & 13 respectively. So excited to equip the hard to earn badge, It still only showed tier 3.... Is this a bug??? I have picture proof of the game. I just want my badge )':

The same thing happed to me too I was gridding ranked and then randomly me and my team just got it randomly and I was ready to equip it but then I it don’t show up as tier 4

Did you get any hate mail? What guns did ya’ll opt for? I wish you had a video of it.
