There is no HDR option for PC
Did apex remove HDR support on PC? i do not see a toggle to enable it even in full screen mode. It definetly not on by default either.

if you have an Nvidia GPU you can just use the Geforce thing and just press Alt + R to record the footage. just make sure you make a file for the video's so it's not all over the place.
