Third Person Mode Discussion thread

this mod is so awefull bad!

What is this crosshair for? Its not aiming at the loot, it's not aiming on the enemy (in hipfire)!?#

WTF? Complete rubbish...

You know what's worse than 3rd person in Apex? My completionist habit. I decided to quit this mode, but then I played once more and won, then I kept playing this LTM to complete all the challenges... Now that I did, I will quit it!

Second impression: nausea, still have a legend in my eye, using big scopes or sit in front of a wall or in a corner = first person cheat, ads-ing through 3x or 2x-4x scopes is worse than hipfiring, can't clearly see if legend is actually reloading , can't throw anything with precision, colliding with another legend bugs the camera, punching is like dancing while shot in the foot... Luckily, it's the same for the whole lobby, so the challenges are still easy 🙂

I have reserved the bottom of the LTM chart for this one.

In my play experience, sometimes the center reticle place seems a bit weird.

I couldn't pick items that I want. 🤔 hmm...

I suppose, I need to be used to or this mode may need some improvement.

They just were lazy on these events. Just like everyone is saying the overall aim/looking sucks so bad. Try throwing Gibbys ult. Might as well have just taken the ultimate out

I personally do not like the Third person mode.

I main blood hound and Blood hound gets in the way of the camera when ADSing. He doesn't get in the way when crouched while ADSing but does standing. Also the over the shoulder camera could be a bit higher and more centered over the character and tilted down a little a bit when Adsing too much background[mountian, hills] and ski action going on.

When ADSing you don't look down the sight of the gun  it just zooms in a bit which I don't care for. May be if it was like Fps mode when ADSing and I'm looking through the sight it be a little better.

All in all I didn't really like this mode compared to the other mode's Live Die Live and Gold rush so far.

Fun for a while, went back to normal playlist after challenges done. I think dev shouldn't copy Fortnite s TPS with Apex's character and weapons, a better angle would be Tom Clancy's Division, ie down and close to shoulder.
