Actually, I believe all Apex Packs count to your Heirloom, @maximas1986 (not Collection Event though)It is impossible as of right now to get 500 Packs without buying some though.

@Zeelmaekers yeah, they should make it so that if you've finally reached level 500, you're guaranteed an heirloom. Perhaps it would motivate more people to grind through all of the challenges and level up.

Basically all possibilities are possible every single time you open a pack or press the wager button. It foes not matter if you’ve opened 1 pack or 1000, the odds of getting any particular outcome will always be the same.My beat guess is that the odds of getting an heirloom are in the neighborhood of .2-.3%. Those odds will always be the same no matter how many packs you opened. If you stop the RNG on that .2% chance of being an heirloom you’ll get a heirloom.Just to put things in perspective I saw a guy hit back to back $34,000 jackpots on a slot machine wagering $2 a spin. The odds of hitting the top pay like he did were in the millions to 1 range. We are talking a .0001% chance of hitting that $34,000 jackpot once and this guy hit it twice literally one right after the other. It’s extremely unlikely and rare but it does happen. The casino was not exactly thrilled.So you can imagine that back to back heirlooms will happen more frequently how ever still be extremely rare.@Romet6 i would not be thrilled if they did that. I’m at level 500... so unless I got a second heirloom I would not be happy.

@DarthValtrex It is a <1% (no specification) chance every time you open a pack but obviously you are guaranteed on your 500th pack.
Maybe if they reduced this guarantee to 300 packs it would be better because 6 Heirlooms for $500 each is pretty dumb.

@CompleatBeet the odds are less than 1%. But if we use the information we have, such as the guaranteed heirloom at 500 packs. We can safely assume the odds are around 1 in 500 packs. 1/500= .002 move the decimal over two places and upu have the percentage. Now the odds might be alightly better then that, but i would not ezpect them to be much better.

That's nice to see. At least someone has luck with this "fair" title.
Right now I'm a level 500. On top of that have completed every battle pass to the highest level. Season 5 being the exception. At 108 at the moment. Even participated in every event.
Bought Apex packs here and there. And also bough skins outright in events.
Yet this game hasn't given me the common courtesy to award me any shards or heirlooms.
Makes it feel all the worse when people just get handed shards and heirlooms without any effort what so ever.
What a joke is what comes to mind about this. Just another reason to stop investing in this title. RIP-OFF!

Same here! I can't wait for the day I finally get Heirloom Shards. Right now, there is no way to get 500 Apex Packs without buying some (I believe you get 250 by being LvL 500 and owning all the Battlepasses).
I wish you good luck with rolling your Heirloom!

An Heirloom Shards pack does not consume an Apex Pack: if you get Heirlooms it is a bonus pack meaning you do not use up a pack.
