This is also why I think that at least half of the feedback that I get here (in particular calls for nerfs or hating on maps) isn't actually that gamebreaking, because at the end of the day the player knows deep down that they are responsible for how the outcome of a particular match went. But this game is far more operable than Battlefield 2042, which is also cited in Garbaj's video. The devs had to scramble to keep their players happy.Sorry, but most of the complaints here are vocal minority or even "groups of individuals" who want the same thing but for their own selfish reasons. The game is alive and well, and holds steady numbers successfully.For me, I think the game is in a fine state, and I will continue to play it.
I have 2 opinions on that subject.
1) Video games are addictive, so if someone is taking the time to remove themselves from that addiction, they're personally trying to make that product better. Just because someone says something is wrong with a product, but continues to keep using it, doesn't make it unimportant, it directly means the opposite in my opinion.
2) There is also the human psychological ordeal with staying in an abusive and/ or disruptive environment even though it's detrimental to their own health. Video games fall into that category. Someone could be wanting to move, but can't because they're either addicted and/ or don't have something else to replace it with.
I quit playing Apex Legends as the gameplay seems artificial. Like on release the game just had the right amount of Legends, and/ or weapons for a balanced game, but every update kept slowly throwing it off.
I started playing this game after its release and I think it's gotten worse over the years (honest about that).
Netcode should have been rewritten by now.
Cross-play should have been a choice.
