Mate the morality of the devs, if that quote is what you support is not quite right. The focus of the developers shifted to a complete maximise of funds income, with the least labour and player satisfaction (to an extent) possible.
The moral is, new legends, new skins. Enough to keep players playing, but little regard to the player community's wishes. I believe it would be righteous to concentrate on the playability for a small period of time, the bugs, the glitches, the consequence of losing ranks and games for things that aren't even the player's fault to begin with do still exist(you'll be amazed to see these replays accross the internet).
We play the game because we love the game. We dream of one day for the developers to hear us, invest in better servers, fix the game's issues, not throw it down the toilet on our faces simply because we continue to play it.
An example is if you buy something, let's say a car or a coffee machine. It starts not working, giving bad tasting coffee or the air conditioning of the car stops working. Because we still use the machines or things, does that give the right for the company's to not fix it? And instead they just give us other capsules of other coffee tastes, or a fan to stick in our car, WHILST still charging us.
They ignore us because they have the power todo so. Its not in their slightest interest if they still get the money coming in. They just try to elude us that they are satisfying us as a whole.
I pray for one day where a higher person of conscience will see this.

- @reconzero Payment is optional for amenities to elude you to still use the malfunctioning item. If you don't pay, you will still use the broken thing you bought in the first place without getting it fixed by the company.
