It's really easy to point the finger at EA/Respawn but when they're renting a system it's not really their fault. I believe the reporting system could do with some work as it's semi dependent on what platform you're on which is weird.

- @GH0STEDbyME ps report system is a complete BS , when you hit the report button the only option you get is to block the player ( if the player is on PS)
so blocking the player will only block messages, game invites, friend requests but nothing related to reporting for cheating.
