@E9ine_AC They could switch services since they see it's not working. At the end of the day I will it's always the people who stamp their name on the game's responsibility to make things right.

Ehh we really dont know how long the contract lasts with them. Most likely wont break contract due to paying extra fees and such. But if I had guess it is contract based covering xxxx amount time before renewal periods.Compare it like to cell phone contract. You remove that service you pay huge fee for not going with the contract stated yearly plan so you are hit with extra.
