Titan drops in Apex?
Would it work?
I'm thinking the titan drop should be randomized like supply drops, and cost crafting materials to activate. And when activated it can either follow or stay. You can ride it, but not pilot it. And if the person who activated it is downed, it will go into defence mode automatically. But if the player is dead, it goes rogue, attacking anyone - even the dead players teammates. (In this way, I feel like it's more like a gamble to activate a Titan. Could be good, but could go horribly wrong also.)
You should also be able to climb on top and either destroy or "hack" the Titan.
(While hacking is exclusive for Pathfinder, Bloodhound, and Crypto.)
I don't think the Titan should have too much health or do too much damage either, I think the strength of the Titan should come from it's ability to "see" enemies even when hiding, or in smoke, and to quickly create chaos and havoc onto multiple enemies at once - not necessarily killing them, but to hurt them enough to force them to back off or rotate. I want the Titan to add some fun, to be a gamble, not to be overpowered.
