@ShOookYx You need to sign in to your EA account from the steam account upon launch of the game.

So i haven't need to re download the data again
Steam is a standalone client for Apex, you have to download it via Steam to play it on Steam, so to transfer your data, you have to sign in to your EA account via the link it gives you when you start the game, there's no other way.
