@dSKyNafinchin haven't bothered to read stats, but I know that last season (end at least) noone took it if it was in care package, now really as you say everyone runs it (bullet has no drop, just point and shoot) and I personally as well did a very high damage games - was around 2500-3000 in public when my usual game was around half that.
My conclusion so far - it might shoot a bit faster but more importantly this new map just favors Snipers = long distances, loads of cover, people can't see sh@# and spotting enemies is more like a game of hide and seek even if they stand in the open. So TT is just the weapon for the map and you can kill wildlife, stack up energy and just fire away.
Faster than charge, more damage than charge - easier to hit those 69s, no bullet drop in comparison to longbow.
I feel like combo TT + Fuse + trident on this map is just so annoying :D Still think it is more about map than TT, people used to just push you as soon as they heard sniper, now due to wast distances it is no longer as possible.

Also you said it - TT is more like damage farming, support weapon. 3000k damage and 5 kills, can't call that efficient when I had yesterday a game with 1000k and 6 kills.
Same as Charge - you need to time your shots or hit two perfect in a row (or even 3) to knock enemy while 2 follow-up shots by Longbow are so much more efficient yet harder to land. Especially in this map - I just can't use longbow and scopes seem to "lie" to me e.g. I ping enemy at 200 meters, line up a shot on number "2" on the scope, and it misses one after another even when enemy was shooting back at me via sniper...
Something just feels wrong :D so TT it is, hits as easy as bots in firing range :D
