Question, did they make any changes to the Triple Take after putting it back on the ground, or is it still care package buffed?
Either way...kind of annoyed seeing everyone run it right now. It's definitely one of those "must have" weapons this season (like spitfire a couple seasons ago before it was rotated into the care package), especially on the new map where range fighting is frequent.
- @jokool_aid Check out post #24 in this thead. @Cheese9Man was nice enough to post the changes to the TT. Respawn tends to always buff/nerf a weapon when it gets crated/uncrated, respectively. The TT was nerf'd slightly when it went back to the floor.
Yep!! I only picked it up, because I got tired of everyone having one, and me having no range with my smg/ar and small sights. I decided to give it a go, and have been having a fun time using it! Just don't want people using it against me, Lmfao- @dSKyNafinchin indeed this pick of TT same as Charge R in many cases are motivated by the fact that you can't get a 2x / 3x / 4x scope = it is much easier to hit with these two even without a scope no matter the distance.
Yesterday I had a game where I got ~400 damage and only then realized that I am running TT without a scope. Similar feeling as when using Rampage - iron sight is just good enough 🙂- @EREGDS The TT and Rampage both definitely have awesome iron sights! I still like to run a 2-4x on the TT, and a 2x on the Rampage though, for late game
Shotguns are terrible now. The Peacemaker is barely ok, but you are. Enter off picking up any smg (including the CAR, which is kinda sad)
- @jokool_aid people here I guess are annoyed by the fact that people run long range weapons in general, especially controller players who now on this map given others run long range are in disadvantage (no more AA for you 🙂 ).
Yet I personally see no difference between being focused by Fuse, Longbow, Charge R, TT, G7 (now less frequent). It is still less annoying than spitfire and of course much more annoying than people with midrange weapons / 1x scope that can't hit most of the shots now in this map.
We just need to adjust and accept that given the map long range weapon is a must and then you can decide if you take mid range automatics or closerange weapons as seconday.
