TSM_Albralelie QUIT Apex
Some of you know him, he's part of TSM 5 times back to back Champ. When rank split started last Tuesday, every streamers woke up early and grinding to Pred, including Lulu who grind for 30 hours stra...

He was with Rouge, they won few competition with him, controller player, good player as well, easy replacement.
If you are looking to pro-players for outside confirmation whether you should personally be playing something or not, I think that's a mistake. And I think it's not useful whatsoever to try to use pros quitting as some sort of convincing tool about being right if something is 'dying' or not.
If you are looking at a game yourself, however, and it isn't bringing you that much enjoyment, I'd think you wouldn't need either that much convincing or anyone outside of you, pro or not, to decide it's not for you. And maybe that it's not even that great a game.
Now, personally, I think there's a lot of good about Apex as a battle royale game. Right now, personally, though, I feel like Respawn's focus is wrong in so many ways. And this is a season I'm on the fence about...I didn't buy the BP yet, I couldn't care less about ranked because it sucks right now, and that Respawn can't get their head around the core way their own game works, and because of it they need a new map, it just willfully ignorant.
Freemium format probably has a lot to do with it, and maybe squeezing out a profit margin with super inflated prices. I get the sense Respawn has the misguided thought of only wanting to keep a certain player base that will constantly pay money and put up with whatever they do. Which is * backward marketing mentality.
Don't really care because ultimately it's all excuses. I either like what they are doing enough or dump them. And yeah, I can see that they are pretty close to being dumped as much as I love them. Still playing every day, but every day it's getting more monotonous, and the trash versus good games grows higher in ratio. So....Respawn knows what to do, the question is if they want to do it or not.
