I've had the same issue since the day the skin was released on Twitch Prime. I immediately claimed it and no matter what I do it hasn't showed up in game. :/

It sounds like the Twitch loot may have been sent to a different EA account that was linked up with your Twitch Prime membership. Please check out this article below detailing instructions on how to un-link and re-link accounts. If the Twitch promotional content is still missing, there is information at the bottom of the article on how to contact Twitch Support for assistance with missing Twitch Loot.
