Unable to purchase Apex Coins

hello i bought 500 apex coins 3 days ago i am trying to contact you but for some reason it dont let me do that i get to the window of select a platform and it dont give me the option to select any platform so i cant get on with the prosses pls help me i just want my apex coins that i payed for
