Unable to See or Invite Friends on Apex - Linked Account Problem

Hello, first of all, I’d like to mention a few issues I’ve been experiencing. My friends and I play Apex Legends through the Steam and EA platforms. Everything was working fine until recently, but suddenly I can no longer see my friends on my list. I can’t invite them or join their games because they appear offline, even though they’re actually online.

I tried reinstalling the game through Steam and logging in that way, but when I click “Register” on the login screen, it says my account is already linked and doesn’t let me proceed. Then I went to EA’s connected accounts page and tried to remove and re-link my Steam account, but it says the account is already connected and won’t accept it.

Also, when I press Shift+F1, my friends list doesn’t appear at all.

If there’s a possible solution to this, could you please let me know? I’ve already tried going offline and back online, changing DNS settings, restarting the modem, and using flush DNS — nothing worked.
