Hello EA Support,
I am writing because my EA account was hacked, and someone gained unauthorized access.
During this unauthorized access, my Exotic Shards were used fraudulently without my permission. As a result, my balance for Exotic Shards is now negative 110 (-110).
I did not make these transactions.
Could you please investigate this issue and restore my Exotic Shards balance?

Typically the reason for a negative balance would be if a currency was added to your account, spent, and then refunded. In that situation, the equivalent amount would be removed from your account. If your account does not have a sufficient amount to cover this removal however, then your balance will go into the negative for the remaining amount.
It sounds like that's what may have happened here. If this took place during a compromise and you'd like support to take another look, please feel free to resume a case here or create a new one to speak with an advisor about recovering the account. We're unable to make changes here on the forums, but an advisor will be able to check and see if there are any other options available when recovering an account.
