Unban request

Good day all,

recently I have received a ban on my account. 

this isn’t the first time, in fact it’s the 5th I believe if not the 4th. 

my gamer tag is YoungfitzXx 

I am a casual gamer, playing mostly after work. 

not to justify my reasons, I happen to play the most toxic battle royal game that is currently out ( Apex Legends) 

although, there is a great community behind it. The player base are mostly the worst. 

ALL of my reasons for being banned has been because I used the text to speech system to type about how bad or trash people are. Is it fair to say so? No, however; there are countless of times that I personally have been victimized for the bullying directed towards me via mic and text to speech. I never allowed it to get personal, but when I Polk fun of the situation, I get penalized because the same people that started, reports me. 

this isn’t a justice system at all, people can be disrespectful on the microphone but I get penalized by typing it on screen? Calling them trash and dog poop and to stay away from ranked games is  not worst than being called the N word on the mic nor constant abuses.

please respond to my claim, I have been an EA account holder with two accounts on both PlayStation and Xbox, never had an incident till this game came about.
