Unfair ban

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing this letter in regards to the  ban that has been placed on my account for allegedly engaging in harassment towards other players. While I understand the importance of upholding fair play and sportsmanship within your gaming community, I feel that this ban has been unjustly placed on me as I was simply defending myself against other players who were exhibiting bullying behavior towards me.

As you are aware, online gaming can be a highly competitive and intense environment, and unfortunately, it is not uncommon for players to engage in bullying behavior towards others. In my case, I have been the victim of repeated verbal harassment and cyberbullying by certain players on your platform. I have tried my best to ignore and avoid these players, but they continued to harass me and make derogatory comments about me personally and  my abilities in the game.

In response to their behavior, I admit that I did retaliate with some verbal responses of my own. However, I want to make it clear that my actions were purely in self-defense and were not intended to be hurtful or offensive towards anyone else. I simply wanted to defend myself and stand up to those who were bullying me. (Knowing english is my third language and i had no idea wat some words means) .

Im usually a friendly cooperate teammate and fun to play with, i communicate and do my best in game. ( ive sent a video to the EA team and i couldnt post it here cuz its 98 mb) . I understand that EA has a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying or harassment, and I fully support these rules. However, I strongly believe that my actions were justified given the circumstances, and I respectfully request that you reconsider your decision to ban my account. I have been a loyal and active member of your community for a long time, and I m devastated to lose all of my progress and hard work simply because I was defending myself.

I would be more than happy to discuss this matter further with you so i provided these videos to show you that im a friendly player i hope it will work as an information or evidence. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you soon.
