Unjustified Banned due to "cheating" with No explanation

I was recently banned on Apex while playing with friends. I was playing, got a major lag spike, kicked me out of the game, and said my account was permanently banned. I sent out multiple cases disputing the case as I did not cheat, exploit bugs, etc. I have been playing this game for years since season one with over 1000 hours on the game and spent money on this game. I reached out multiple times speaking to representatives and cases. From all this, I get no explanation for the ban on my cases until speaking with a representative. On the email for reasoning after a week of sending in the case, the response is "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter." Again, there is no reasoning, under my ban history tab on the EA help website. 

This is extremely frustrating especially because I've spent money and countless hours on this game. If anyone can help me out that can be great. If anyone else has this issue please voice your concern. I'm totally out of options and feel powerless. This is wrong and should be fixed immediately.

    You can send up to 3 disputes to the Terms of Service team and they will review each dispute individually and take into consideration everything you've said on the dispute when reviewing your account. If it's been declined 3 times, then they will have provided you with their final decision. You can learn more about that here: Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension

    Are you daft? He send he did send out those disputes, he clearly has no other options other than to yell into the void if everything he's saying is true.

  • So I must accept an unjustified ban because I've reached my dispute limit. I still haven't received this "final decision" and no explanation.

    Man just go create another profile, you wont get unban, what ever you do.
