Unlink xbox and EA on apex

Unlinking my xbox account and apex legends EA account.

i have no idea how they got linked in the first place, i had never logged into or did anything to link these accounts, it didnt give me any other options to link my xbox and ea accounts together only the option for one of my microsoft accounts which i literally only have minecraft on as a extra account for my girlfrleind to play on. how do i unlink these accounts, it keeps giving me the run around, i have about 20 EA tabs open because this website is so poorly routed when you are trying to look for answers that it just gives you the run around.

all i want is to unlink the current microsoft and ea accounts on my apex legends account so i can put my original xbox account with my current ea apex account.
