Useless reporting system

Can someone tell me where is the report option ? 

If I press and hold to report the only option I get is to block the player and that is by ps not by Respawn .

Why warzone was able to perfect it but you can not ??????????????????????????????????

What am supposed to gain by BLOCKING the player ?????????????????

So again if I want to report someone I have to do it via your web site ??? WTF
