Recently I start using Blitz.gg to get realtime squad data, but some people mention that using blitz.gg is probably bannable.
I find that Blitz.gg notice their program is Fully Compliant in homepage with EA logo.
I want to confirm if using blitz.gg will result in a ban. Is this software on the whitelist of EA and Respawn?

However, here at AHQ forum we have received several reports regarding the ban & other issues with using Blitz.gg.
Also, I haven't noticed any actual, official EA response confirming that Blitz.gg is allowed. IMO that means such confirmation from EA side does not exist. You use it at your own risk!
