V-Sync, on or off?

If you can run V-Sync with stable 60 FPS.
Go ahead this will make the game feel smooth an you won't have tearing.

Everting is depending on your settings and GPU 

V-Sync hasn't anything to do with input lag.

I disagree. Input lag is noticeable especially in League of legends when you click to move. I've also tried it in Pubg and i don't like it.

Feels weird.
I've read a solution is to turn V-sync off in-game and turn V-sync on in Nvidia settings.
I'm not sure if it really works maybe it's better.
If you don't have tearing always play with V-sync off.

Always off. I'll take the tearing if it means higher FPS.
