A few months ago, I heard severe racist abuse via the microphone twice in-game (fxxxing asian, chxxx),(My ID is the name of a famous Asian person, and I am also Asian. So Other players can easily guess my race.)

so I filed a case attaching a saved game video file. In both cases, they received no punishment, and the cases were closed. Do you know what's funny? A few months later, my account was permanently suspended, and I am struggling in here to get it back my account . The life is ironic, isn't it?
