WarGames Feedback: Shield Regen

This is the most basic one, similiar Octane healing, nothing spectacular. The speed of shield recovery is very fast, for sure faster than taking cells one by one. It might even faster than battery. ...

@asukojo Not really that big of a deal, I really dislike the audio of the shield regen. It's just more audio clutter that this game does not need. Half of my deaths have happened due to third partiers sneaking up on me and I can't hear it because of that audio.

Not a good idea for the main game it would make Wattson absolutely useless.
