Can wattson have a buff where it tells you if a enemy shield is being charged of her ultimate

@BaldWraithSimp In Firing Range, I was sometimes able to make it reappear if I walked into it in the right way, but I'm not exactly sure how to recreate it.
@Sir_Named I think it's random cuz I couldn't recreate it too.
