With all the self entitlement attitudes, do you wonder why?
Doesn't matter, you're going to let some ruin it for all? They're adults, and that's part of any profession. It doesn't even matter if you convey something well or not, the point is communication. So if a bunch of toxic players are pointing out something obvious, it's still valid.
Why are people feeling entitled? Is it because they're spending money on the game? Why are people toxic? Is it because every concern gets ignored and more attention is put towards things people aren't asking for? Are people not being heard?
It's a really weak argument to just throw away valid criticism because you don't like the way some communicate.
You make it sound like those that complain the loudest know better than anyone else.
Another lesson I learned from my halo days: forgers were complaining that the canvas to forge maps on weren’t flat enough. So what did 343 give us? Absolutely flat disc top islands. It was predictable. And useless. But hey, they could argue they listened to their customers.
So many think they know what goes into a good game. The most important though is skill gap and it’s so low on most people’s list you can’t see it. Yet it benefits everyone.
They honestly don’t know.

They honestly don’t know.You missed the point completely, then proceeded to start a new imaginary argument. What are you on about?!

@WhoopFighter
The point was WHY does respawn not listen to the majority of their customers.
I thought I explained it quite clearly.but if there was a different point please articulate it for me to respond to.

Well, if they ("Respawn") don´t like answering questions directly, we could offer one solution:
We could open a special section in this forum, where all our questions are collected over a certain period (2 weeks f.e.).Those questions are reviewed by the EA-CMs and forwarded to Respawn for a final reaction which is posted back here in the forum.
So Respawn can keep staying in the background and EA can be the "control center" between developer and community.
(Not everybody is using Reddit - I f.e. think that it´s a really bad platform with lots of arrogant mods and admins).
