Weird queues with only 2 squads?

I repeatedly queue up and it starts the match with only 2 squads. I'm not sure if it is some type of low priority queue or what it is. I can't seem to get an answer out of the AHQ chat as the only a...

@Wingmannedbro To be clear - it happened in every single match I played, 15 consecutive matches. Then I stopped playing completely because its not a fun game with 6 people.

@aspyr2 Sounds like your in the “cheaters” lobby.

I assumed it was some sort of low priority pool for leaving or something. I didn't receive any explanation for this "cheating". Is it a permanent lobby or will I ever be able to return to the regular matchmaking?
