I tried to make a purchase through the EA Store for Apex Coins. In the past, I have only bought them in-game (Steam), and everything always worked there. However, when trying through the online EA Store, I received the error message mentioned above (see screenshot). I have enabled 2FA, changed my email, and tried different payment methods. Nothing works.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem? My accounts and cards are all working. Can someone help me?
