What do you want to get nerfed/buffed for S11?

@Cheese9Man Rampart needs a second passive and slight tactical buff and she'll be in a great spot

@soccerking122 I hate that Rampart's passive is limited to only one type of gun.

      @damsonwhufndthis A complete rework would be better. Her passive as a quick reload and an extended mag is just lazy tbh.
