What has happened to apex legends

This game has became a pathetic disgrace. Massive audio gameplay and legend issues that haven’t been fixed. Can’t hear an entire team that’s right behind me and die.and they have the balls to try and sell us a 350 quid heirloom and a death box u will never ever see. What has happened. We are tired of this trash.
