What is with the discrepancy between Gibi Ult and Bangs?

Gibis ult is absolutely brutal if you're hit by it. It took out blue shields and did an additional 40 damage or so. His ult also hits quicker and it's harder to avoid. Bangs ult at best will do 70...

They are supposed to serve different purposes. Gibby's ult is intended to cause concentrated damage to shut down an area. Bang' s ult is meant to disorient and break up a squad during a push, or cover a retreat.

Gibby ult = pain and destruction

Bang ult = confusion and chaos

Perfectly described... people see a missle and pick a direction to run... usually in different directions lol
