What is wrong with ADS sensitivity

For sensitivity, this might sound a bit silly but make sure you're adjusting the appropriate sensitivity, so if you're playing with KB+M make sure you're not adjusting the controller sensitivity, that caught me off guard at first.

As for recoil, the person you were spectating might have picked up a good quality stock somewhere, for example Lifeline's Care Package ability. I got an epic quality stock from the Care Package in the training level and the difference was huge.
