What the heck do I do.

I was falsely match make banned by "snake:code" on apex legends. Keep in mind I'm on a switch lite, and I couldn't "movement hack" like this thing so smoothly demands that I did even if I wanted to...

@demi___playzxX EA advisors can't do anything in regards to bans/suspensions. Only the Terms of Service team can do that.

You need to appeal your ban to the Terms of Service team in order to have your ban lifted. However, I highly recommend that you do your research, gather evidence, and practice writing your appeal first before appealing your ban.

When your account is banned you only get 2 or 3 attempts at appealing you ban. Just so you know. I'll leave some useful links for you to read down below.

The whole point of this post is that I was told by EA directly what to do to appeal, and how to unban, which led nowhere, and now I can't open or appeal, and I'm still banned.
