I was falsely match make banned by "snake:code" on apex legends.
Keep in mind I'm on a switch lite, and I couldn't "movement hack" like this thing so smoothly demands that I did even if I wanted to...

Have you checked your account history?
Have you received an E-mail from EA stating you have an active ban or suspension?
Or is it you are just having a lot of problems like wait times etc to get into matches and when you do you get disconnected with the code snake?
If it is that you keep getting disconnected this would indicate a connectivity issue to the server on your side and you will need to check your internet connections/settings etc. From the one pic you sent with the long matchmaking time this could be the issue.

So I queue up, and mode, and get a match make penalty. Every time.
I'm really upsetted by this at this point, because I love and have loved this game for ever, and I've sunk almost*300* usd into this switch account and now I just.. cant play.
