I'd have to disagree with this. Even when it's something they say in chat there's zero guarantee. I reported someone for literally telling me, through the in game text chat, to "go di#" Of course you know exactly the word. The report email simply stated "WE REVIEWED YOUR REPORT AND DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACTION THIS TIME." Even with context there's no way to excuse toxicity like that. We hadn't talked or typed all game long and the guy decided to say that after we get knocked out. Despite EA claiming to have a strong drive to maintain a healthy and positive community it really doesn't show through. People can get away with ridiculous amounts
Same thing. With different words being said. These two dudes went full mental on chat for +10min while I tried to stay alive.
"We reviewed your report and didn't take any action this time."
