what's with punching

it seems that everyone has become a professional boxer now, every single time is in CQC and an enemy gets close to me I get punched and it's happening every time. even if we are shooting at each ot...

@maximas1986 If I'm right in someone's face, run out of bullets and think they are one punch I hammer them every time now. It is faster than reloading or swapping guns.

Also people have always had trouble with accidentally pressing their stick too hard and randomly punching. I was playing with 2 friends recently and one had a 1v1 to end the game and he randomly punched instead of shooting and lost the game.
