when is the next balance changes for characters?

i’m watching a lot of the professionally hosted competitions. there are some legends that are unseen. when are they going to get buffed? what’s the plan for some of these legends that aren’t see...

@pandareno1999Agreed. They've done a decent job of balancing the roster of legends given how many they have at this point.

When the new legend for S15 drops (Catalyst?) they'll probably tweak a few of them. For example, I'd personally like to see Lifeline get her revive shield back but with HP (powered by her KD shield like Newcastle?) this time and possibly resized or reshaped.
