I am tired of just wanting to play by myself but I have to go in with a team and if they die its a 1v3s for the rest of the game and it's incredibly hard to win like that but to fix it just add a SOLO mode. Everyone I have talked to about this game agrees that the game would be so much better if there was a solo mode. JUST ADD A SOLO MODE PLEASE! All other battle royal games have it why don't you?
I think it's important to remember that a game at launch is not prone to too many additions because the kinks in the armor needs to be ironed out. Wait, idk if that's the right phrasing but it's probably more important they fix these crashes and stabilize the client for now. Plus they already have a roadmap planned out. Solo mode would kill the idea and purpose of the legends idea.
The idea of having unique abilities is to create a variety of squad game play, allowing you and your friends to create various compesitions that could influence the overall game experience.
Solo mode will be 30 Bangalores and 30 wraiths, so much fun!
I totally get what you are saying about solos and i love the team concept of this game. But unless you have friends to play many, many of us are FORCED to play with some of the most disgusting, toxic, foul mouthed little punk randoms. You can try joining a discord which many of us have but it don't change much because then you are playing with people who have different play styles, u might not like their attitude or humor or maybe they're just idiots. It's very hard to find the right group outside of IRL friends. I get what they're trying to do and it's epic but, they forgot" the unforeseen variable" which is human beings on the internet are $%^&*&^ terrible!
the game isn't about solo . if they change it to solo it will lose its identity as a game and will be another BR game

If adding a solo mode is going to ruin the game mechanics than I don't think I'll be sticking around much longer and I'll just go back to playing a game that can function with a solo mode like Fortnite. But hey if you have fun trying to finding a team when every you want to play I wish you the best of luck. But if you don't mind I'll go back to build battling people and trying out the new hoverboard and see if I get any mad clips.
While I'm not sure of dates or if it will go into the final product, dataminers have found info about solos and duos among other things within the games code. So at the very least, the game is heavily considering them as an option for future additions. Hope this helps give you some hope

Guys, do not panic! If there will be solo mode, it don't ruin anything. Yes, there are too much things to be considered about. No revivals, etc.... But you can still play team mode. And everybody will be happy.
