Ahhhh this has been happening for ages, same issue with gibraltars ult. It really is annoying stuff.

Caustic Traps and Grenades also fall into the infinite void.

Aye, going by the minimap I think @Sir_Named might be on the right path. 

I'll flag it to QA for another opinion too, though.

I would still see more ultimate rockets further away. But as we can see not even single one out there and sound isin't working like there is ultimate dropped

Even if it was the leviathan was the root cause of the issue in this instance the issue still stands,i've seen this happen in various spots on both maps.

Meanwhile, on another match on the same server, someone gets hit by Bangalore's ultimate, with no Bangalore in sight... 

Makes me think about the ghosts of the firing range 🙂
