Where is my Twitch Prime loot?

I’ve redeemed the Twitch Prime loot but not I’m still not able to see the gear in my inventory. The skins that I’m missing is Sweet Dreams for Watson, Stellar stallion for the L-Star, and Dino Dynamo for Bangalore. I’ve looked under my PC and Xbox version of this game under my one and only account with EA, Respawn, and Xbox live but I’m still unable to equip nor see he skins. Help 😢
