Where to report aimbot cheater?

(PC players can report players by reaching out to Kamu (a service we partner with to help curb cheating) directly via their website. - https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/ )

Where is the option to report by in-game ID number? I have screenshots and a video from spectating a cheater.

  • EAC is a paid service for game companies.  The support link is for developers of a game to get support for their product.  Several game companies have a lease with EAC, which is owned by Epic Games.  The proper way to report a cheater in game is to use the client. Otherwise you need to go through EA support outside the game, but that will be more difficult as they will need to know the time and date the cheating took place.

EAC works like a virus scanner observing your system tasks.  If it finds possible cheating, it logs the information on the server, and a human looks at those logs at a later date.  In short, there is no direct player to EAC contact to report cheaters.

  • I know what EAC is. There was a way to report directly on the EAC website for all supported games including apex. It has a new layout now so the link EA support provides doesn't work anymore.

@PsychoDuckTV That option was taken away. Same with the ingame report. You could try with Hideouts but the guy is more like a hire gun for high profile players/accounts and probly wont even look at your Tweet.
  • @DeepBeats taking into account how many games EAC covers, it would make "some sense" to take it off the website. Could you imagine having to pour through thousands of reports each day from games you don't own? It is my opinion, EAC is still a good tool, as with any tool, it needs to be used properly. I have yet to encounter any game developer who knows how to use it.
